Please Note:

When you book and pay via Stripe, we’ll choose a weekly one-hour spot—say Mondays at 10:00 am—and I’ll keep that time just for you for the full 8–12 weeks.

To keep things running smoothly, payment is taken one week in advance. I run a busy practice and consistency really helps, so I’m not able to swap times week to week. If life happens, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel; with less notice (or a no-show), the session is charged in full. Before we start, just make sure this rhythm works for you.
